Paper Cupcakes Magical Monday: Birthday Card Challenge

Good morning!  Starting today at the Paper Cupcake blog we are having a Birthday Challenge.  This challenge was thought up by: DT Member Julie.  Great idea Julie!  I made this card for this challenge as well as my TUIC blog group members challenge by Heather.  I gave this card to my Grandma...she loved it!!  It was her 84th last week!
