Party Time Tuesdays: PTT#2 Chandelier Romance

Party Time Tuesdays is having their weekly challenge again for a chance to win an Ippity set from Monica Gardner at Gardner’s Basket.  Monica is also our guest designer.  You should pop on over to PTT and take a peek at the amazing creations for “Chandelier Romance”.  I choose a candle opera and turned it upside down to make it into a chandelier!  I also added some romantic looking flowers and embossed the bottom.  Hope you will take some time to enter your creation!
