Be Merry!

Every second of everyday is planned...  I mean I even have to plan time to sit and watch all those Christmas classics with Bean!  I wish Christmas wasn't so demanding!  But I have to admit I love it!

The Adorable Stamp from SP and Company is In Love Emma and the Sentiment is from the SP and Company Stamps set called Cutest Ginger Bread Man.
I paper pieced her dress...so easy with Samantha's (SP owner) designs!

Ho Ho Ho...and BE Merry!

The shaped card can be found at The Cutting Cafe.  I LOVE these word cards that Regina the owner has been creating!  You can find more word shaped cards HERE.

Lizards and flies Oh My!

Good morning Inky Friends!  I am one of the newest additions to the Inky Impressions family.  My name is Jenn Cochran.  I am from the western slope in Colorado.  And I LOVE to stamp.  I also love my Copics!  I have come to find out that my Copics are a great way to color Inky Stamps.  Although the stamps are detailed...the detail is not so small that it doesn't allow color to be seen (make sense)...sometimes I am as clear as MUD!

For more Inky Creations please visit me at Jax Bean Stalks!

Today I have a fun new friend named Nicholas.  The stamp is Nicholas' Firefly Frenzy.  All I can stay is ADORABLE!  I was able to use a few fun elements in my card that Nichole provided in my welcome package.  You will see the "Inky Dinky Drops" in CRYSTAL CLEAR in a circle next to the lizard.  I also used a Mushroom charm on my bow.  Perfect touch!

Now I have to talk about the quality of Nichol's stamps.  When you order you will receive your stamps individually packaged in mini zip lock.

The stamp in located on the back of a HEAVY piece of cardstock that is laminated so the stamp "clings" to it.

The red rubber is monted on the "Cling" backing.  As you can see the red rubber is deep sketched so detail can easly be obtained when stamping.
I really love the THICK cling.  It give that little extra feature when stamping.  I have found that the best ink for me is the Momento-Tuxedo Black.  Perfect for Inky Stamps.

Hope all this information helps make the decision to BUY Inky Impressions.  Not only do you get quality but you get a darling one of a kind stamp...from an amazing artist!  A must have for any stamper!

See you all next time!

How's It Growin???

I am sad to announce that today is my last day of fun in the sun!!! On a sunnier note...at least I get to go home refreshed and packing some new MOJO! I love being in a more tropical environment. Sunshine makes people happy and bright!!! Not that Colorado is grey (only about 6-9 months out of the year). Happy and bright makes good crafting mojo that I was in desperate need of getting!!!
Today I have a CUTE little overall card. Template can be found at The Cutting Cafe- Regina is genius! She even has a fab new blog! Great inspiration! Pop on over and check her out! Decorating this card was a sinch with the Famous HAMBO Stamps! I used a perfect stamp...Smiling Flower with the sentiment "Best Buds".  I just loved how this little flower turned out....freckles and all!

Now get on "OVER-y'all"(LOL) to the Hambo Hoedown.  Use a Hambo stamp or digi to enter the challenge and receive a freebie digi next week!  How fun is that???  Hope to see you there!

CMC-Color your embellishments & Friendship

Wow what a fantastic day it has been.  This afternoon for my second post I have Color Me Creative Challenge: Color your embellishments using copics + Friendship!  What a great combo!  Knowing me I also have a shaped card!  We were so lucky to have my CMC DT friend Anry sponsor us with her adorable Gilli Girls.  I chose the Lolliepop Girl.  It went perfect with The Cutting Cafe's Lollipop shaped cutting file.  PERFECT!

As you can see my flowers, ribbon and rhinestones are all colored pink.  Using RV25.  I am really pleased how well the flowers turned out....they were white (see above in front of the copics).

Thanks again Anry.  Hope all of you can join us and play along.

Also...who likes to read???  Color Me Creative now has a fun new challenge group....BOOKENDZ!  We are reading Snow Flower and The Secret Fan by Lisa See
Read the book and create a card inspired by the book...how fun is that???
Please join us!

What will this fairy leave under your pillow? May Paper Pretties Stamps???

First off, I have been without my light box...so I apologize for the poor picture quality.  This picture does nothing for this absolutely adorable stamp set.  The set is high quality photo polymer clear stamp that will soon be found at the Paper Pretties Store.  It comes with the sweet little tooth fairy, and 4 sentiments.  I have used all of the stamps for this little gift set that is perfect for a little girl....or in my case my little Bean (his favorite color at the moment is pink!).  The cutting files for the tooth shaped card and the tooth saving box can be found at The Cutting Cafe.  Regina has a couple versions of the box.  Hope you like her!

Hang 10

I can almost smell the ocean from here.....and maybe with a little magic fairy dust from "Dude the Surfer Fairy", I will be there!

This is one of my favorite fairy's from PMS.  I love dude because he has longer hair...like Bean AND he is on a surf board!  The quality of the rubber from Paper Makeup Stamps is fabulous.  It really makes it easy to get a clear stamped image...even with all the detail.  Hope you are able to Hand 10 today!  Thanks for stopping by!

Did somebody say Chocolate?

I think I will stop eating chocolate when PIGS FLY!  LOL...Today's post if for the famous Hambo Stamps.  It is also my dedication to all the chocolate lovers in blogland.  I used this adorable stamp that could be either a chocolate chip or a "kiss".  Either way it makes for a fabulous background stamp.  I airbrushed to give a dust of cocoa.  Hope you give in to the temptation of that bag of Hershey's today!  {{Oink}} {{Oink}}
Please join us at the Hoedown.  Just enter a card with a Hambo iamge and you are set...because next week you will get a free digi to play along with on the next challenge!

Have a Sneekie Peekie!!!

I am so excited to announce that I have been chosen to be a part of the fabulous Paper Make-up Stamps family!  Everyone has been so welcoming.  For my first post as part of the DT....notice I say "as part of the DT".  Well, I have posted many projects using the adorable PMS stamps in the past.  I am just thrilled to be a PMS girl now.  NOT a girl that has PMS!!!  LOL!!!

In this project I have used the new PMS Build A Sentiment Set.  It is really versatile and comes with several different sentiments that coordinate with each other.  To compliment the sentiment I have used Jack Fairy. I gave him blonde hair to look like my little Bean.  I tied it all together with one of Regina's cutting files from The Cutting Cafe.  If you like this file today and tomorrow are the day's to buy(scroll down for the deal at The Cutting Cafe)!  Hope you enjoyed my little Sneekie Peekie!  Please come back this next week for more.

Be sure to join us on July 7th for a fun blog hop and release party.  There are sure to be games and prizes...don't miss it!
