I LOVE Fall

Hello Jax Bean Stalks friends and followers!  It is hop time again with Really Reasonable Ribbon!  So excited to showcase beautiful August's Ribbon Club!!!
If you are hopping with us today, you should have arrived from Theresa's Blog.

Check out the August's Ribbon Club ribbons.  Love the festive feel of the August Ribbon Club Ribbons.

I used four different ribbons from the mix.  Satin with Grosgrain Edge Turftan Brown, Leaves on Turftan Brown Grosgrain Ribbon, Delicate Stitched Satin Daffodil and Shimmer Satin Tangerine with Gold.  I tied a three tiered bow and mounted it in the corner of my fall message.

This card was really fun to make.  I used Deloris, my Silhouette.  I haven't had the opportunity to use her in quite a while.

Hope you feel inspired by the entire Really Reasonable Ribbon's design team's inspiration.  We have daily inspiration at the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog.  As a team we have a variety of styles that will surly appeal to anyone who visits.  We would love to see you in the comments!!

Thank so much for stopping in today.  Enjoy the rest of the hop!  You are now off to your next stop,

Happy 4th!

TGIF!!!  WOW.  I had a busy week!  It seems like I have been in the car non-stop.  Bean has been in swim lessons, then he goes straight to VBS and then we headed to the pool for a couple of the afternoons.  I am TIRED!!!  I hope you all had a fabulous week.  Here is to the weekend!  CHEERS!!!

I have to say I LOVE this new stamp from SP and Company Stamps.  It is called Patriotic Boy stamp by Gill Roberts Collection.  Isn't he just adorable!

I used a polaroid die cut from my Silhouette "Deloris".  But you should check out SP and Companies Polaroid die cut!!! It comes in three different sizes!!!

My entire card is put together with Helmar Professional Craft Glue.

I like to always color my little boy images to look like my little Bean!

I adore this ribbon and twine.  Both are from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  The grosgrain is red, white and blue diagonal striped.  The twine is Baker's Twine air mail.

Thank you so much for visiting!  I hope you have a great weekend.

Color Me Creative: Anything Goes + RED

I LOVE Tiddly Inks images (although I only have 2)...This challenge they are sponsoring CMC for the Anything Goes + RED.  My Little Tiddly Inks is called Geekatude.  I LOVE him.  But in coloring him I have decided that I really need to take Suzanne Deans "All About Hair" coloring class.  You can learn to color hair too...right HERE.  Hopefully I will see you in class.

I had to put Deloris to work for the sentiment "Geeky".  She cut through the velvet paper like a breeze.  Speaking of Deloris (AKA Silhouette Cameo), did you know that CMC has a Silhouette group?  You can find it HERE.  CMC is a ning that is free to join.  Each class is individually priced.  You pay nothing to play along in the bi-weekly CMC marker challenge group.  There are fabulous prizes to be won bi-weekly....also chances to be a guest designer.  Hope to see you there!

Are you a member of CMC?  Great!!!  Do you want a Silhouette Cameo?  Suzanne Dean has them for sell HERE.  What a great deal...She only has 4 left!

Cutting Up a Halloween Mini Book with Deloris (AKA Silhouette Cameo)

Happy Tuesday! Hope everyone is having a productive week so far.  Well I have been working Deloris overtime.  Hope she doesn't want a raise!!!
This week Regina at The Cutting Cafe let all of the DT choose whatever we wanted to make!  Yeah I love ATG!!!  So I put myself to work on this adorable mini book for Halloween. Lots of sewing and glittering!! The SVG file can be found HERE.  It is called "Halloween Word Book 2".  It was a lot of fun to make.  Now I just need Bean in his Halloween Costume to add to the pages!

BTW do you want to hear something STUPID and SILLY???  Well, I have a pink Bind It All.  I received it as a MUST HAVE on my Christmas list about 3+ years ago.  This was the 1st time I used it!!!  I will be using it more in the future!!!  Was super simple and fun!  Even Bean played with it!!!  I will have that boy crafting with me yet!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I would love it if you followed me here on my blog or on Twitter @jaxbeanstalks

Oh The Webs we Weave

Well, it is already the last week of September....I think I better get in gear with a Halloween costume for Bean.  I just wish I knew how to sew more than paper....would make costuming a bit easier!

The Cutting Cafe is showcasing everything Chevron this week.  With the approach of the Haunting Hour, I decided to dress my Chevrons in a sparkly web.  The web and spidarious can be found HERE.  The Chevron I used is actually a cutting file!  LOVE IT!!! Deloris (AKA Silhouette Cameo) did a fab job cutting out all these fun SVG's!

I hope all your webs sparkle this Halloween!!!

Join us at The Cutting Cafe this Wednesday for more inspiration using Chevrons from my other fellow DT members.  Thanks for visiting!

Fall is in The Air

Well here in Colorado, Fall is in the air. We are still getting up into the 80's, but fall is showing it's face at night...dipping down into the 50's. I am already over winter and it hasn't even started!!! HA!
Today I have a fun card for The Cutting Cafe. Regina has some really cute digi's and an adorable acorn shaped card. I choose to do some cutting on my new "baby" I call her "Deloris" AKA the Silhouette Cameo! I used the print and cut feature and used my printer to color the "Give Thanks". Then I also did the print and cut for the pumpkin digi. I colored the pumpkins with my Copics. I singled out a leaf from a boarder on the "Autumn Days" set and instead of printing it I converted it to a cut out.  Then I cut it out in the corner of my background! WOW Deloris is fabulous...but I know she is keeping secrets I will have to unlock.
If you have a Silhouette Cameo, I would love for you to come join our group at Color Me Creative. We have just formed a new Silhouette group. It is a learn all with tips and tricks from our DT. So, if your Deloris has told you some secrets, we would love to hear them!!! Join us!!!
I have entered this in the following Challenges:

Ribbon Carousel-Fall into Fall
Paper Minutes- Autumn
Paper Take Weekly-Autumn
Tuesday Throwdown-Cutting Corners
Stampin Sisters in Christ-Autumn
